About Me
My personal health journey brought me to massage therapy school in 2006. The Central Florida School of Massage Therapy became a space for me to deepen my relationship with myself and others and to heal on many levels.
A few years later, I was overjoyed to join the faculty and work alongside my mentors. I also went on to start a successful massage practice focused on Structural Integration.
In 2013, I moved to Pittsburgh. I joined the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy as faculty and developed a new massage practice, where I began focusing more on subtle forms of bodywork, such as Craniosacral, Bodywork for PTSD, and Polarity Therapy.
Life changes meant I moved away for a few years, spent a lot of time studying and refining my practice, and in 2025 I returned to Pittsburgh to begin a new practice that integrates aspects of Structural Integration such as Myofascial Therapy and Neuromuscular Therapy, with subtle forms of bodywork such as Craniosacral, Reiki, and Somatics.
Integrative MyoSomatic Bodywork is the result of 20 years in the field of bodywork and massage therapy, and the extensive knowledge I’ve collected along the way. I am passionate about learning more every day.
I’m still on my health journey; as bodies are constantly changing, so is health. I personally know it can take a village. I hope to be invited to yours.
